Charge at the door: Garden Club Members £3, Non-members £5
This talk promises to be most interesting, especially to those of you who are new to Rutland and would like to learn more about the history of the reserve and its projects. These are highlighted by the return of the magnificent Osprey to England, via the project at Rutland Water, begun over 20 years ago. This is by no means all with which the teams are involved, so you will be learning more about the many different areas of work by the staff and volunteers at the Rutland Water Nature Reserve. More »
The event has been organised by Manton Garden Club and will be held in our large village hall which has plenty of ventilation. Seating will be very generously spaced. We ask that those attending wear masks in view of the current Covid numbers.
We look forward to welcoming you. Our thanks in advance to the team from the Reserve, and particularly the Lyndon Visitor Centre, for giving up their time to share with us their passion for their projects. » Less
